                TCloud’s ticket connector has completely transformed how my organisation HammondCare interact with our Managed Service Provider. The ticket connector works seamlessly to integrate mapped information for Incident and Request (also includes RITM and SCTASK). TCloud were able to map the business rules between our organisation and MSP to ensure we are still able to operate as we did prior to Ticket Connector.
